Alissa Whiston

The journey I have taken in the hair industry has been full of personal and professional growth. Barbering has provided a creative space for me to flourish, gaining many skills along the way. I have held every position inside of a shop, from pushing broom as a receptionist, to training my fellow shop managers.

I earned my educator license to solidify my love for learning, sharing, and empowering others to be excellent. When I started my own LLC, I learned all about setting up and maintaining a small business and I have much to share for those who are looking guidance.

I have spent hours summarizing the most important aspects of being a successful barber and formed the Pillars of Barber Excellence. Today, I continue to share what l have learned through in person workshops, YouTube, and Instagram.
